Return Eligibility

Within 30 days of purchase, you may request:

  • A full refund to your original payment method (Amex, MasterCard, Visa).
  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items, provided they are returned in original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Note: We do not offer exchanges; only refunds are processed.

Exclusions

The 30-day return policy does not apply to:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use.
  • Items damaged during shipping, unless reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

To initiate a return:

  2. If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the product.
  3. Refunds will be processed to your original payment within 4 business days of receiving the returned item.

Payment Disputes

  • If a payment is reversed or disputed (e.g., via chargeback), a $45 fee will be applied, and the customer remains liable for the full original order amount.
  • Unresolved balances may be sent to a third-party collections agency or reported to authorities.
