Return Eligibility
Within 30 days of purchase, you may request:

- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items, provided they are returned in original packaging with all included accessories.

Exclusions
The 30-day return policy does not apply to:

Refund Process

- If a payment is reversed or disputed (e.g., via chargeback), a $45 fee will be applied, and the customer remains liable for the full original order amount.
- Unresolved balances may be sent to a third-party collections agency or reported to authorities.
